Refund policy

Insurance / Breakage or Damage
All orders are insured against loss or breakage.  In the event of breakage or damage, follow these steps:  Notify either FedEx or us, whichever is easiest for you within 3 days of receipt.  Save all packing, inside as well as the original shipping box.  Important:  Do not return damaged items without permission.  We will pay for all return shipping.  Failure to follow these rules will void insurance.

We welcome and appreciate your business and prayers and should we inadvertently make a mistake on your order, please let us know so that we can correct it to your satisfaction.

All items in our catalogue and online are covered by our 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.  All returns must be authorized by MOS, Inc.  Please contact us by phone or email to get return authorization so that we can instruct you on how to go about returning it.  All returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.  Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund for the merchandise or send you a replacement of exchange (your choice).  Please see our separate instructions covering items broken or damaged.  If returning by UPS or FedEx ship to 5271 E.
