All items in this catalog are covered by our 10 day satisfaction guarantee. All returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund, replacement or exchange (your choice). Please see our separate instructions covering items broken or damaged.

Backorders
Normally items temporarily out of stock will be Backordered with shipment to follow when available.  If you prefer, indicate on your order “NO BACKORDER” and we will refund for items not shipped, or you may indicate a second choice.

Price Changes or Errors
We respectfully reserve the right to correct typographical errors and/or change prices when necessary.  However, we will notify you prior to any necessary increase.

Cancellations and Restock Fees
Cancellations and returns may be subject to a restock fee.

Disputes
All disputes or disagreements between the seller and the purchaser must be resolved through binding arbitration or through mediation.
